• Approved Mailbox Frames for EG cannot be purchased at places like Lowe's or Home Depot, they are a "specialty" item (this is the pole support, not the box). There are two local companies that service the type of mailbox frame used in our community: Modern Mailbox - (407) 331-6245 or Creative Mailbox - 407-568-7373
• Replacement Gate Remotes may be obtained by residents by sending a note with your name and address and a check in the amount of $36.06 to Ekana Green. Mail to: Ekana Green HOA, c/o EPM Services, P.O. Box 197043, Winter Springs, FL 32719, ATTN: Anita Roberts, Ekana Green
• Application to the Architectural Control Committee - Download PDF - Download and print out the application to mail back with any necessary site plan or paint colors. This form is to be completed by the homeowner and submitted to the Architectural Control Committee for review and action before any work commences.
• Approved Paint Color Book - Remember that you must have your colors approved before you start painting. All color choices are submitted for board approval. • Temporary Parking Permits - Having extended company or a get together at your home? Avoid parking issues and contact one of our Board Members with your date and time to get temporary parking permits for your guests.
Permits allow temporary parking in front of your house in unmarked areas.
